Q: How do I purchase a ticket?

Online: HERE

APTP has moved to an all-digital box office. If you are responding to an RSVP, have a special request, have trouble purchasing online or just prefer to speak to a person, please call 312.767.3097 or email boxoffice@aptpchicago.org. Please give us one business day to respond to your call.

Q: The performance I want is sold out. Do you have a wait list?

You’ll find information about our wait list here.

Q: Where is Homecoming performed?

A: Homecoming is performed at APTP’s home:

The Laura Wiley Theater

at Eugene Field Park

5100 North Ridgeway Avenue

Chicago, IL 60625

Q: How do I get there?

A: Here’s a link to our theater on Google Maps

Q: Where can I park?

A: There is a limited amount of street parking. If you drive, we recommend arriving early to allow ample time to find a space. The police have lifted the parking ban in the turnaround circle in front of the theater; as long as you don’t block traffic or the accessible drop-off area, you are welcome to park along the perimeter of the circle.

Q: What is your seating policy?

A: Seating is General Admission and doors open 20 minutes prior to showtime. Entry and re-entry to the theater is not guaranteed once a performance has begun. Due to the intimate nature of our small theater, people entering after the show has started can be distraction for the performers and the rest of the audience. If you think you may need to leave the theater during the show for a health condition, please email boxoffice@aptpchicago.org prior to your visit – we’d love to find you seats and come up with a plan that will allow us to minimize distraction while allowing you to enjoy as much of the play as possible.

We reserve the right to release tickets that have not been picked up 5 minutes prior to showtime and offer them to patrons on the waiting list.

Q: Is there a content advisory for the show?

A: APTP creates its performances for teens and adults; children under age 12 will not be admitted. We do not offer advisories about subject matter. If you have questions that might have a bearing on your comfort, please email boxoffice@aptpchicago.org.

Q: What is the runtime of the show?

A: Homecoming runs approximately 90 minutes with no intermission.

Q: Is the Laura Wiley Theater accessible to persons with disabilities?

A: An elevator is located at street level at the northwest corner of the building, and our theater can accommodate patrons with mobility concerns. Please let us know in advance if you require wheelchair parking or wheelchair seating or have another accessibility request by calling 773.998.9091 or emailing boxoffice@aptpchicago.org.
